Job Description:

As a VIP Technical Support at Alderon Games, you will be tasked with providing exceptional technical support to our players. You will be the primary point of contact for support, assisting them with technical issues, troubleshooting and providing solutions to ensure satisfaction. Your strong technical expertise, amazing communication skills and ability to handle high pressure situations will be crucial in delivering a quick and effective support experience to our valued player base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providing Technical Assistance
  • Diagnosing & Resolving
  • Prioritizing & Managing multiple requests at once
  • Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate team
  • Provide proactive & Preventive support
  • Collaboration & Communication

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a technical support role, preferably providing support to VIP or high-profile clients.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with professionalism, patience, and empathy.
  • Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing a personalized and positive support experience.
  • Familiarity with remote desktop tools and remote troubleshooting techniques.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, based on the needs of VIP clients.
  • Proficiency in additional languages, especially for supporting international clients, is a plus.
  • Linux proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot Linux
  • Preferred time zones: GMT+6 to GMT +12 or GMT -11 to GMT -3
