Job Description:

As a VIP Server Support at Alderon Games, you will be responsible for providing support and maintenance services for our community of players. You will be in charge of ensuring the smooth operation and optimal performance of servers created by players. Your expertise in server administration, troubleshooting and monitoring will be a necessity in delivering a premium support experience to our amazing community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing Server Assistance
• Diagnosing & Resolving
• Prioritizing & Managing multiple requests at once
• Escalating unresolved issues to the appropriate team
• Providing proactive & Preventive support
• Collaboration & Communication

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in server administration or support roles, preferably with a focus on VIP or high-value clients.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and effectively to non-technical individuals.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing a personalized and positive support experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
• Proficiency in additional languages, especially for supporting international clients, is a plus.
• Preferred time zones: GMT+6 to GMT +12
