Job Description:

Job Description: As a Social Media and Content Creation Manager at Alderon Games you’ll assist in the execution of our social media strategy, creating engaging content to drive engagement, and build brand awareness. This role involves planning, creating, scheduling, and analyzing content across various social media platforms. A blend of content production expertise, digital marketing knowledge, and strong organizational skills are fundamental for a successful candidate.

The day to day of the job will include using your skills with filming, video editing, photoshop, Adobe Premiere, Social Media posting, community management, script writing, and blog writing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing & Creating social media content over several platforms
• Developing & Executing media strategies
• Content creation, editing, and development
• Collaborating with multiple team and project leads
• Conducting Market research
• Engaging with the community
• Stay up to date with current trends

Minimum Qualifications:

• Proven experience in managing social media platforms and executing social media campaigns, preferably in the gaming industry.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a creative flair for crafting engaging and compelling content.
• Skill in filming, video editing, image editing, Adobe Premiere, Social Media posting, community management, script writing, and blog writing.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Passion for gaming and a strong understanding of gaming culture, trends, and online communities.
• Familiarity with additional design software (ex ; Photoshop, Canva) is a plus.
• Familiarity with project management and documentation tools (ex ; Jira, Notion, Google Workspace)
