As part of the Customer Support team you will interact with our player base on various platforms, answering their questions, troubleshooting and helping with the issues they are facing such as assisting with purchases and refunds, technical problems, reviewing player reports as well as appeals. The team offers a friendly environment from all over the world where you can learn and help each other in a work space that is constantly evolving.
Proficiency in additional languages, especially for supporting international clients, is a plus.
Experience in a live service/online game environment.
Prior experience, in Discord community moderation of larger communities.
A decent understanding of our game Path of Titans, its features and playables.
Experience with translation platforms such as Crowdin.
Innovative thinking and problem-solving, both with customers and the team.
Linux proficiency and the ability to troubleshoot Linux
Lives or ability to work in timezones: GMT+6 to GMT +12
Candidates with impressive experience or skills will be for the VIP program.
