• Use the right channel for help. If you are on android, use the android-help channel. Upload screenshots, a video and detailed information about the problem.

Wait for the issue to get fixed in a game update

• The game isn't finished and is going to have lots of problems, you can wait until later down the line when a update comes out to fix the problem.
